About

I’m a technology entrepreneur, strategic advisor and software engineer. My email is adrian@aduyzer.com.

A passion for problem-solving, a willingness to roll up my sleeves and numerous partnerships with talented, amazing people have propelled me on an entrepreneurial journey that spans two decades. I’ve written web and mobile apps, architected cloud platforms, helped clients launch SaaS companies, sold millions of dollars in projects and led individuals, teams and most recently a technology company.

Adrian is an excellent leader and colleague - and he taught me that those don’t have to be mutually exclusive. His strong technical background provides credibility with engineers and he is not afraid to get in the trenches to push a project to success. His ability to assess a problem space, empathize with needs, while being able to have honest and difficult conversations, earns the trust of clients. —Paul Vilchez, Manager of Software Engineering & Developer Tools at Daily

I’m an experienced software developer and architect, but years of business management have broadened my skill set to encompass management, sales, marketing, strategy and operations. I’m as comfortable reading financial statements as I am writing code, and as passionate about creating great cultures as I am about architecting scalable cloud solutions.

Adrian has a unique combination of business acumen and technical knowledge, with excellent communication skills. He makes it easy for someone without a deep technical background to understand complex issues, and be able to make the right technology decisions for successful outcomes. —Jenny Lemieux, Co-Founder & CEO, Vivid Machines

Key skills include leadership; strategy development and execution; design and development of performant, scalable and secure software; recruitment of passionate engineers and creative professionals; goal-oriented, upbeat management of agile, multi-disciplinary teams; and practical software engineering skills for web and iOS.

Adrian is a master at transforming complexity into easy-to-understand systems that create real value. He identifies hidden business opportunities, inspires teams, and delivers successful projects with an honest and transparent approach. His operational expertise gives him the ability to take a blank sheet to an MVP. He’s able to architect, build and scale complicated technologies. —Luc Mikelsons, Product Designer, Gubagoo
